FULLERTON POOCH PARK RELOCATION PROJECT

Recommendation

Recommendation:

 

1.                     Approve plans and specifications for the Fullerton Pooch Park Relocation project.

 

2.                     Approve $876,000 budget appropriation of Park Dwelling Funds (Fund 39) from Park Dwelling Fund balance to Project 54270 Fullerton Pooch Park Relocation (Fund 74).

 

3.                     Award $936,196.63 construction contract to Urban Habitat for the Fullerton Pooch Park Relocation project and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.

 

4.                     Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for construction and professional engineering construction support services within the approved project budget.
