Provide direction to the City’s Voting Delegate to represent City Council’s position(s) at the 2021 Cal Cities Annual Conference on the following:
1. Proposed resolution regarding online sales tax equity.
2. Proposed resolution regarding securing railroad property maintenance.
3. Proposed bylaws amendments.
