Recommendation:
1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to sign documents pertaining to grant awards from County of Orange Community Services Office on Aging to provide older adult services grant-funding.
2. Accept grant awards for both Fiscal Years 2020-21 and 2021-22 and appropriate receipt and uses of FY 2020-21 grant award for $34,120.
