Recommendation:
1. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) No. C-0-2438 for Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Pilot Regional Signal Performance Measure Project on Brookhurst Road, between OCTA and City of Fullerton, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
2. Authorize Public Works Director to sign MOU and any subsequent revisions.
