Recommendation:
1. Authorize submittal of 2019 General Plan Housing Element Annual Report to Governor’s Office of Planning and Research and State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
2. Authorize Community and Economic Development Director, or designee, to make minor modifications to Annual Report as required by HCD.
