Summary
At the October 8, 2019 Special City Council meeting, City Council voted to provide financial assistance to Illumination Foundation for proposed recuperative care / navigation center tenant improvements and directed Staff to agendize this item to include the address of proposed project location in draft Cooperative Funding Agreement.
Recommendation
Recommendation by the Administration Department:
Authorize Mayor to execute Cooperative Funding Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Illumination Foundation to provide $500,000 of City funded assistance for tenant improvements for proposed recuperative care / navigation center in Fullerton for individuals experiencing homelessness.
