Recommendation by the Community Development Department:
1. Receive and file report regarding mobile home park rent stabilization options.
2. Provide direction to Staff regarding implementation of potential rent stabilization tools.
3. Provide direction to Staff regarding establishment of Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program.
