Recommendation by the Human Resources Department:
1. Appoint Jay Trinnaman as City’s Principal Labor Negotiator for negotiations between the City and Fullerton Municipal Employees Federation and Fullerton Management Association.
2. Authorize City Manager to sign an agreement with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo law firm.
