SALE OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON RULE 20A ALLOCATIONS TO THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH FOR UNDERGROUNDING UTILITIES
Recommendation
Recommendation by the Public Works Department:
1. Authorize City Manager to negotiate and enter into an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with City of Laguna Beach to sell the current balance in Rule 20A Underground Utility credits.
2. Direct Staff to appropriate revenues received in the same amount in Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74) for Project #44400 “Arterial Street Reconstruction, Rehab & Repair”.
