MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BIG BEN, INC. FOR EMERGENCY WATER SERVICES

Recommendation

Proposed Motion:

 

1.                     Approve Maintenance Services Agreement with Big Ben, Inc., “piggybacking” on an existing City of Anaheim agreement.

 

2.                     Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
