Recommendation:
1. Direct City Attorney to develop an agreement with GLC Fullerton LLC that does not reduce the public benefit amounts associated with the Goodman Logistics Center Project located at 2001 East Orangethorpe Avenue but modifies the specific category of benefit.
2. Authorize Acting City Manager to execute the agreement and administer the agreement, in the form developed and approved by the City Attorney.
