Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to enter into and administer an Operational Agreement with the North Orange County Public Safety Collaborative (NOCPSC), in a form approved by the City Attorney.
2. Appropriate receipt and use of $239,000 NOCPSC funding for Fiscal Year 2024-25 in Grants Fund 32.
