Proposed amendments to Titles 4 and 15 of the Fullerton Municipal Code in order to regulate short-term rental uses in residential zones or applicable Specific Plans.

1. Make a finding that project is statutorily exempt from CEQA review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(B)(3).
2. Introduce Ordinance No. XXXX for first reading by title only and waive further reading of the Ordinance.
