$285,285 CONTRACT WITH DIAMOND CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN FOR STORM DRAIN REPAIR - SUNNY CREST ALLEY
Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Approve Project 52025, Storm Drain Repair - Sunny Crest Alley plans and specifications.
2. Approve $351,285 Drainage Capital Outlay Funds (Fund 36) budget transfer and appropriation from Project 52591 Annual Storm Drain Repair to Project 52025 Storm Drain Repair - Sunny Crest Alley within the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74).
3. Award $285,285 construction contract for 52025 Storm Drain Repair - Sunny Crest Alley Project to Diamond Construction and Design and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for construction and professional engineering construction support services within the approved project budget.
