Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-XXX.
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO ACCEPT DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE GRANT FUNDS
2. Authorize City Manager and Chief of Police to accept and execute a $801,505 MOU with the Department of Justice for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Tobacco Grant Program.
3. Appropriate receipt and use of $801,505 Tobacco Grant funding to the Police Department budget within the Grants Fund (Fund 32).
