Summary

Staff requests City Council direction on the next phase of the Solid Waste Management Services Request for Proposal (RFP) process and authorization for staff to negotiate the final terms of the service agreement with the selected proposer(s) and prepare the negotiated contract(s) for City Council consideration and approval.

Provide direction on the selected proposer(s) and authorize staff to negotiate final contract terms, and direct staff to return to City Council for final contract approval.
