The Fullerton Police Department (FPD) utilizes 19 Flock automated license plate reader cameras as an investigative and public-safety tool. The system provides FPD personnel with the ability to identify vehicles associated with reported criminal activity, stolen vehicles, missing persons, and other authorized law-enforcement investigations.
