MICROSOFT LICENSE AND SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Approve renewing Microsoft licenses and subscription services and entering into new Enterprise and Licensing Agreements through authorized resellers utilizing approved cooperative purchasing agreements from the County of Riverside and California Multiple Award Schedule with the State.
2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute Agreements and administer related documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
