COMMUNUTY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 REVISED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
Summary
The City has updated the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan to incorporate revised CDBG and HOME funding balances and project allocations following HUD's review. The revised Plan is presented for City Council consideration and approval prior to resubmission to HUD by the November 1, 2026 deadline.
Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Approve the revised FY 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan and the CDBG and HOME project and funding schedules presented with this report and authorize City Manager, or designee, to submit required documents to HUD and execute related agreements consistent with approved allocations and applicable requirements.
2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to make budget adjustments to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Adopted Budget to align CDBG and HOME budgets with the revised HUD allocations.
