ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT ARCHITECTURAL / ENGINEERING / PLANNING / ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES
Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to execute Professional Services Agreements for on-call professional airport architectural / engineering / planning / environmental consultant services with C&S Engineers, Inc. and Mead and Hunt, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney.
2. Authorize Director of Administrative Services, or designee, to issue purchase orders to C&S Engineers, Inc. and Mead and Hunt, Inc. for individual projects on an as-needed basis.
3. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for professional architectural / engineering / planning / environmental services within the approved project budget.
