Proposed Motion:
1. Approve lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless LLC cellular monopine tower site operation and maintenance located at 3151 North Euclid Street.
2. Authorize City Manager to execute and administer lease agreement on behalf of the City of Fullerton, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
