AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS, LLC FOR SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING PROGRAM ASSISTANCE
Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Approve Amendment Number One (No. 1) to the Professional Services Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC to extend the term by one additional year for continued solid waste, recycling and organics consulting services.
2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 1, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
