Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
Ratify and accept completed capital Fullerton Golf Course Netting Project including:
• approve Fullerton Golf Course Netting Project and $511,800 capital project amount
• grant City Manager appropriation authority to make budget adjustments within the Brea Dam Fund (Fund 42) for this capital project
• accept AGC’s informal bid procurement process in lieu of the City capital procurement process and ratify selection of West Coast Netting as the lowest responsible bidder.
