Proposed Motion:
Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a joint use agreement by and between Southern California Edison, the City of Fullerton and Core Fullerton Chapman, LLC. to establish an easement within a portion of the City sewer easement to provide electrical services to the northeast corner of Chapman and Commonwealth Avenues, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
