Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Accept and appropriate receipt and use of $71,082 Title III-B grant award and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer all grant documents.
2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to accept and appropriate future additional funding and baseline adjustments resulting from excess funding made available from the granting agency for fiscal years 2024 - 28.
