$266,602 CONTRACT WITH VORTEX SERVICES, LLC FOR MISCELLANEOUS STORM DRAIN LINING FISCAL YEAR 2026-27
Recommendation
Proposed Motion:
1. Approve Project 52027, Miscellaneous Storm Drain Lining Fiscal Year 2026-27 plans and specifications.
2. Approve $375,000 Drainage Capital Outlay Funds (Fund 36) budget transfer and appropriation from Project 52591 Annual Storm Drain Repair to Project 52027 Miscellaneous Storm Drain Lining Fiscal Year 2026-27 within the Capital Projects Fund (Fund 74).
3. Award $266,602 construction contract for Miscellaneous Storm Drain Lining Project to Vortex Services, LLC and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and administer the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve change orders for construction and professional engineering construction support services within the approved project budget.
