a. Transportation and Circulation Commission - term expiring December 31, 2024.
2. At-Large Appointments:
a. One Investment Advisory Committee at-large appointment for term ending December 31, 2024.
b. Two Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee at-large appointments for full terms ending December 31, 2024.
3. Ratify appointments.
