Recommendation
Recommendation:
1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute Lease Agreement or other appropriate document and Professional Services Agreement with Pathways of Hope or other qualified service provider, in forms approved by the City Attorney, and take all necessary actions to continue Safe Parking Program.
2. Appropriate use of not to exceed $45,000 (Non-General Fund) Low-Mod Income funds in the Housing Fund (Fund 26) to implement three-month Safe Parking Program.
