STANDARD CONDITIONS, MITIGATION MEASURES, MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM AND ANALYSIS FOR A PROPOSED 33-UNIT RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT ON A 2.4 ACRE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BASTANCHURY ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 150 FEET WEST OF PUENTE STREET, ADDRESSED 751 EAST BASTANCHURY ROAD
