Recommendation
Recommendation by the Parks and Recreation Department:
1. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with California State University, Fullerton for use of Richman Neighborhood Center and Don Castro Center for the California State University, Fullerton Center for Healthy Neighborhoods.
2. Direct Staff to add Richman Neighborhood Center and Don Castro Center to City’s facilities improvement plan and seek available grant funding for future expansion / enhancement opportunities.
