Authorize Public Works Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement HSR16-26 between City of Fullerton and California High-Speed Rail Authority modifying terms of original funding Agreement to extend term through January 31, 2021 and update position / salary list for reimbursement of City costs associated with technical studies of high-speed rail.
